WHY GO?
An airy Italian eatery on the rooftop of the Mini showroom, Fuzio is decorated with muted grey and purple tones against warm yellow lighting evoking a classy ambience. Service is attentive but rather slow even on less busy days.
WHAT TO ORDER?
Pan-seared foie gras with imported fruit puree is a recommended appetiser; the pear, berry and peach puree provides a good contrast to the mousse-like texture of foie gras. Follow with a scrumptious salad of grilled spicy Italian sausage with rocket before indulging in premium steaks like Australian black angus and wagyu beef. Or choose the seafood route with the delightful tiger prawn risotto prepared with creamy saffron and mascarpone sauce; the large prawns are a definite highlight of this dish. Fettuccine rock lobster, on the other hand, comes with a slightly thicker cream sauce. For dessert, tiramisu served with vanilla gelato makes a bittersweet end to a fine dining experience.
